Elvis layout
It has been awhile since I shared any of my work with you. I have been busy with preparing sample projects for craft shows. And today I am sharing a layout with one of the biggest entertainers of all times. My goal is to put all the pictures I have of Elvis in memory albums or to make scrapbook layouts. It looks like there's a lot of work ahead of me. I used Prima papers, stamp and embellishments, Lindy's sprays..

Norwegian crafting
This post is different. I attended stamp fair near Oslo. So I decided I will share some greeting cards made by Norwegian crafters. I have always admired crafting style from this side of the world. I just love their choice of colors. Everything in shabby chic colors. Even Christmas projects. So beautiful. I hope you will enjoy.

What can I say... I made a layout with my husband who comlained a few days ago that I include everybody in my albums or on scrapbook pages, except him. Which is not true. But ok. If he says so than he must be right. Hahaha.. So today I am sharing real masculine page with rich dark colors. What papers could be better than Tim Holtz collections. And of course the embellishments.
I hope he will not forget when next layout of him is made that the last one also futured him .Haha. I think I should blog more to have the evidence.
I hope you enjoy my layout. Until next time happy crafting.

Vintage tags
Welcome to my blog.....
I love everything vintage. The tags I am sharing are from my vintage tag collection. I like to use variety of stamps and incorporate them to tell a story or just make a perfect picture. You can even make beautiful greeting cards with them. I will put pictures in the back of my tags or just add them to my scrapbook pages. Even if they don*t have punched holes I like to call them tags.

I used Distress inks for the background. Prima and Tim Holtz embellishments. And stamps from various companies. |
I liked Tim Holtz background stamps for my tags |
For this tag I used Tim Holtz and LaBlanch stamps and Tim Holtz mask. |

Memories In A Box
Welcome to my blog.
It is such a bad weather here in Norway today. To stay inside and make new ideas for upcoming projects. So many ideas. I just don*t know where to start first, with mixed media or classic scrapbooking.
The project I am sharing today is made with Prima embellishments and papers. The idea for the mini album was to make separate pages with lots of 3d embellishments. Sometimes I just wish to put lots of 3d embellishments on the page but mini albums look to thick. So why not to make a mini with separate pages where you can put lots of embellishments on it and store it in a beautiful matching handmade box.

Ballroom Canvas
Welcome to my blog.
As I promised few days ago I am sharing this mixed media project with you. It is inspired by a ballroom in a royal palace in Oslo.
Two weeks ago I was in a royal palace. There was so much inspiration in that palace. When I entered the ballroom first thing I noticed was the ceiling shaped in lots of squares. Each square is devided by small ornaments and in the middle there are big chandeliers. And of course pillars everywhere. Everything in white, blue, and gold.
There I decided I will make a memory to that beautiful room. And here it is. A ballroom on canvas. It was so easy to make it with all those beautiful Prima embellishments. Without them this wouldn't be possible. The beautiful vintage lady is also from Prima collection, Everyday vintage.
Hope you like it.
See you next time.

Christmas In July In Norway
Who doesn*t like Christmas. I sure do. It is so much fun to see Christmas decorations and Santas in July. It just warms up your heart. How I love the magic of Christmas. But when I saw this beautiful store in Oslo it felt different. Those Santas and elves. They really gave me that Nordic feel of Christmas. Real country Santa. With all those clothes and beautiful red cheeks. Just amazing. And I may not forget his wife. There are as many figurines of her than those of Santa. Somehow we just forget about Mrs Claus who is as important as Santa. What is a man without a woman... Hahaha... Without here help he wouldn*t be doing his job the way he is.

Elvis On Canvas
All I am posting are memory books. It looks it is all I do. Oh NO. Mixed media art is my big passion. I do it on canvas, wood and glass. This project is made on canvas and I used different mediums, distress inks, paints, sprays. I love this color combination. It reminds of somethin very old, long forgotten somewhere in the attic. And Elvis photograph was just asking to be brought to life.
